Assistant Director Ambassador Program

 

Requirements

  • Member In Good Standing– PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments,

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

  • Currently hold an active PMP registration.

  • Has no other chapter PMI-NH Board assignment.

Typical Duties

  • Assist the Director with overall management of the Ambassador program.

  • Creates policies and procedures to manage the implementation of the Ambassador program.

  • Complies with PMI-NH By-Laws and policies.

  • Participates at routine PMI-NH Board meetings and membership meetings

  • Coordinates with the PMI-NH BOD, establishes relationships with external sponsors and stakeholders for the promotion of the program.

  • Promotes the PMI-NH Chapter and Chapter activities.

  • Assists in recruiting Chapter Officers, Directors, members and sponsors.

  • Conduct routine Ambassador Program meetings.

  • Oversee the appointment of Ambassador Program members.

  • Ensure appropriate policy is clearly established

  • Ensure Chapter compliance with all local, state & federal laws

  • Participate in establishing a three year PMI-NH Chapter budget

  • Establish sponsorship sub-committees as necessary

  • Helps to recruit program volunteers and work s closely with chapter Officers and Directors.

  • Prepares and presents Project Management presentations for the membership, potential sponsors and stakeholders.
