  • Member In Good Standing– PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments,

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

Typical Duties

  • Administer PMI Chapter email system

  • Administer and Update PMI Chapter website

  • Administer PMI Chapter web-based, internet-based, or services online architecture (SOA) applications

  • Assist other board members with web-based, internet-based, or SOA applications

  • Access the PMI component Leadership Online Community on a weekly basis

  • Receive weekly editions of PMI Headquarters’ FRIDAY FACTS via e-mail

  • Possess knowledge of Website (hosting, domain name registration, login)

  • Understand procedures to update Web site

  • Comply with PMI Policies Manual regarding PMI Component Web site

  • Adher to Component Web site Hosting and Designing Policy

  • Adher to Component Web sites: Linking to the PMI Web site Policy

  • Adher to Use of PMI Intellectual Property Policy

  • Sign PMI Online Community User Agreement

  • Ensure component activities, programs, products and services comply with PMI Charter Agreement.

  • Participate in monthly Board meetings.

  • Prepare and execute approved annual IT department budget

  • Assist in defining, refining and achieving chapter goals.

  • Be available to assist other board members, when needed

  • Be an Ambassador for New Hampshire PMI every day
