Requirements

  • Member In Good Standing of PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with the PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

Duties

  • Conduct an Annual Membership Meeting

  • Ensure Officer elections are held as necessary

  • Appoint Officers as necessary

  • Conduct routine Board Meetings

  • Cast a deciding Board vote if necessary

  • Conduct regular membership meetings

  • Oversee the appointment of Board members

  • Remove Board members or Officers as necessary

  • Ensure an annual audit of financial matters is conducted

  • Facilitate the positioning of the Chapter with Officers, Directors and members

  • Ensure annual goals are established

  • Establish relationships with other New England Chapter Officers

  • Establish relationships with PMI HQ key personnel

  • Execute contracts on the part of PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Administer the By-Laws

  • Ensure appropriate policy is clearly established

  • Ensure compliance with the PMI HQ Chartering Agreement

  • Ensure Chapter compliance with all local, state & federal laws

  • Ensure a three year budget is prepared
