Requirements

  • Member In Good Standing– PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments,

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

Typical Duties

  • Facilitate discussions with the Board for suggested meeting subjects.

  • Solicit speakers to present to the Chapter membership.

  • Schedule and coordinate speakers and their presentation requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting facilities and act as primary contact.

  • Submit chapter insurance form for each chapter sponsored meeting.

  • Review speaker and member needs and coordinate facility and equipment needs.

  • Participate in monthly Board meetings.

  • Assist in defining, refining and achieving chapter goals.

  • Be available to assist other board members, when needed

  • Be an Ambassador for New Hampshire PMI every day
