Inform National Headquarters of leadership transitions on the Component’s Board

Be familiar with all organizational documents and recent Board and membership meeting minutes

Maintain original copies of all official Component documents: bylaws, board and membership meeting minutes, certificates of insurance

Ensure that copies of important documents are properly filed with National Headquarters and that the originals are stored, labeled, and secured by the Component
