Requirements

  • Member In Good Standing of PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with the PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

Typical Duties

  • Write and publish Chapter Board meeting minutes

  • Write and publish Chapter annual business meeting minutes

  • Assist with membership meeting preparations as required

  • Participate in Board meetings

  • Participate in membership meetings

  • Endeavor to assist other board members when needed

  • Assist in defining, refining and achieving chapter goals

  • Review position descriptions for Board Members

  • Assist in recruiting Chapter Officers, Directors, members and sponsors

  • Inform National Headquarters of leadership transitions on the Component’s Board

  • Be familiar with all organizational documents and recent Board and membership meeting minutes

  • Maintain original copies of all official Component documents: bylaws, board and membership meeting minutes, certificates of insurance

  • Ensure that copies of important documents are properly filed with National Headquarters and that the originals are stored, labeled, and secured by the Component
