Maintain tax exempt status of the chapter

Collect and balance meeting receipts

Maintain checking account

Maintain Jaime James Scholarship account

Maintain all books and records for the chapter, including historical archive

Ensure chapter insurance is up to date

Reconcile monthly Acteva sales reports to payments

Reimburse board members for approved / reasonable chapter expenses

Prepare year end balance sheet

Prepare and submit year-end state and federal tax forms

Prepare and maintain chapter budget, including rolling 5 year plan

Assist in defining, refining and achieving chapter goals.

Be available to assist other board members, when needed

Be an Ambassador for New Hampshire PMI every day
