Requirements

  • Member In Good Standing– PMI – New Hampshire, no outstanding financial commitments,

  • No legal action underway, pending or contemplated with PMI – New Hampshire Chapter

  • Potential conflicts of interest are clearly expressed

  • Ability to represent the Board & membership in a consistently professional manner

Typical Duties

  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax laws

  • Maintain tax exempt status of the chapter

  • Collect and balance meeting receipts

  • Maintain checking account

  • Maintain Jaime James Scholarship account

  • Maintain all books and records for the chapter, including historical archive

  • Ensure chapter insurance is up to date

  • Reconcile monthly Acteva sales reports to payments

  • Reimburse board members for approved / reasonable chapter expenses

  • Prepare year end balance sheet

  • Prepare and submit year-end state and federal tax forms

  • Prepare and maintain chapter budget, including rolling 5 year plan

  • Assist in defining, refining and achieving chapter goals.

  • Be available to assist other board members, when needed

  • Be an Ambassador for New Hampshire PMI every day
